More documentation is currently not available, perhaps because the alien object in the building is sill a bit quiet.
Currently, the object is located in 26954 Nordenham, Germany, where it is hosted by my Father who is an arts teacher at the Gymnasium Nordenham (which is compareable to High School).
The first considerations, that were made are, that i might have used some sort of alchemy, which is not really true since i used a real scientific method. As soon as the end of this week, the object will return to hamburg, and i will put up a proof-of-concept video, then.

To be honest, i cannot describe my pleasure to present the following result.
Let me try to describe this in simple words.
I connected the object to a carrier voltage and attached my transmission device. So in the simplest way one can understand the object as sort of an antenna. To receive signals i used a simple FM radio. The next step is a bit complicated. By moving the receiver over the electrically "lighted" object, i collected a series of data which i transformed through some piece of software. Then i made my data audible by using another software. Finally i used this piece of freeware (everyone can try) http://www.visualizationsoftware.com/gram.html
and then loaded the audio (attached in this posting) into it. the image result is, as you can see, really really stunning. try yourselves if you like. just download gram14, load my wav and analyze it, with the given settings. it is amazing to see & hear the object ... electromagnetically manifested.

Misfortune

I had to experience a loss of data, after the system logged me out in the background while i was updating my report. Sad! (Many 4 letters compressed).
I try to reconstruct my report:
First of all, i present a photo of my transmission circuit, which is already working but not fully functional due to some adjustment to be done.
Furthermore, iīd like to explain that battlecommand.org is an artistic network and wertstahl is one of the cells within. We work on a non-commercial, idealist basis with background from education and philosophy.
I have attached an audio file to demonstrate some of the techniques i will be using to make the object "hearable". I came across fractals and graphics-to-audio theories, when i was looking for a suitable conversion for the data i will be receiving from my sensory installation.
Important note: radio and electro-magnetic waves will in no way harm or damage the object. After the experiment is completed, the object will be electromagnetically "re-balanced".
Unfortunately, the server seems to scale down the images i provided. If this is not just a temporary problem, i will soon present some external links to my pictures. Please excuse.

You will be hearing audio i generated from fractal graphics. No synthesizers or enhancing effects were used. You hear plain, original converted graphics-data. 261 generators were used in a logarhithmic scheme. [click to listen]

Object in the scene

Currently, my band (wertstahl) and i, prepare some video footage to be released in june 2007. We had the opportunity to replace our formerly planned interviewer by a special guest. Guess what! Wertstahl is exclusively interviewed by the object.
In contrary to my former interviews, this one was very intense and highly concentrated. Again, we felt that the presence of the object enhanced the atmosphere to something very harmonic.
All the footage will be available through our website kontrol.wertstahl.de, propably on July, 7th, 2007.
During talks with my brother (who is a multi-talent in programming, musical production and video production) we came across the idea of not just filming the object but letting it appear in its own mosaic.
In the meanwile, i have begun to build a special circuit to perform in-depth sound research on the physical structure of the object.
I decided to have no sound yet on the movie shown below.

I decided to present my results in english, for international convenience.
As of Day 14, May 2007, i am proud to having a guest of the artistical kind. Among previous hosts there is a common idea of calling it "the tub". Let me refer to it as the object.
My first impressions were the place from where i picked it up, a really exciting appartement in the heart of hamburg. (For privacy reasons, i refrained from taking photos.)
For a philosophical person like me, the physical dimensions of the object were a bit surprising, but i had my way of dealing with weight and shape of it.
After i had mounted it to the research rack in my appartment i wanted to take time to explore matters such as surface and sound, but instantly, when put in place, the object actually changed the atmosphere of the room, which is in the center of the appartment.
I took a photo (edited) to make have arrival made public and to inform my colleagues in a short e-mail about the start of my previously announced opportunity of research.
